How does natural-language quick-add work?
Type like you speak — e.g. "Team sync 3pm tomorrow #work" — and DonDon parses time, tags, and lists automatically. No multi-step forms; Vietnamese and English supported in the input field. -
How do DonDon's AI features work, and do they cost extra?
AI is optional and off by default. Turn it on in Settings and enter an API key from the provider you choose (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or an OpenAI-compatible server such as Ollama). DonDon doesn't provide a model, so there is no AI fee from us; your provider bills you for usage. On Free you get task creation from one sentence, turning thoughts into a list, extracting tasks from notes and the weekly review. AI auto-schedule and AI subtasks need Premium. -
Where does my data go when I use AI?
Only what the action needs (for example the sentence you typed, or the titles and due dates of tasks to schedule) goes straight from your device to the AI provider you chose, never through DonDon servers. Your API key stays on your device. Every suggestion is shown for review and nothing is saved until you confirm. -
How does AI auto-schedule plan my work?
Pick a Calendar view (Today, Tomorrow, This week, This month). The AI places that view's unscheduled tasks into free time: habits first, then tasks by priority. It estimates how long each task takes and avoids your existing events and the breaks you set (12:00–13:00 and 17:00–20:00 by default). You preview the plan, untick anything you don't want, then apply — and you can undo. -
