Premium: Task repeat, time/duration, external calendar sync (up to 2 accounts).
Steps
1. One account, all devices
Sign in with the same email in the iOS/Android app. Tasks, habits, and goals sync via cloud — changes on your phone appear on web (and vice versa).
2. Offline on mobile
Without network, you can still view and edit tasks on the Home tab. The app stores locally; when online, changes merge to the server.
3. Enable task reminders
Tap a task → Task detail → Reminder → pick a time (e.g. 30 min before due). Allow notifications on iOS/Android if prompted.
4. Repeating tasks (Premium)
Long-press a task → Repeat (daily, weekly, etc.) — Premium feature. On Free: create tasks manually or use habits for recurring work.
5. External calendar sync (Premium)
Go to More → Settings → Calendar sync, connect Google or another calendar (up to 2 accounts). Events and tasks can appear together on Calendar.
Mobile tips
- Check notification permissions on iOS/Android if reminders don’t arrive
- Quick Add on Home adds tasks fast — syncs when network returns
- Don’t share passwords; use your own account for personal workspace
On web/desktop: Right-click → Repeat; desktop Quick Add ⌘⇧Space.
